Here at Carpe Diem we host our annual Thanksgiving potluck every November at The Wedding Exchange. Our ladies bring their husbands and children and we celebrate the end of the year with a raffle and family portraits from our favorite photographer Steve Whitsitt!
The food was delicious (as always!), and we loved trying everyone’s favorite Thanksgiving foods. The highlight of our Thanksgiving party was definitely the raffle!
Our ladies earn raffle tickets weekly if they show up every day to work on time, are in their proper uniform, and if they pass the fleet car inspections. They also earn tickets on individual areas cleaned and a bonus if the whole team passes their inspections.
Management also passes out tickets at random for things like great client feedback, kindness towards others, or anything they feel helps our community at Carpe Diem to be a joyful work environment.
Each quarter our ladies receive prizes from the raffle, and the grand finale is the 55″ flat screen TV. Our ladies enter this raffle all year, and Raymunda won the TV!
