Anniversary Interview with General Manager Madeline

This is Daly, Carpe Diem’s Branch Manager, checking in today with an interview of our General Manager Madeline on her 7-year anniversary with Carpe Diem!

How did you start at Carpe Diem?

I found Carpe Diem when I was looking for work after being in the restaurant industry for many years. I was looking for a change of pace and to try something new!

What do you like about working at Carpe Diem?

I love our staff! Our cleaning team members take a lot of pride in the work they do, and our office staff is always her to take care of any needs our clients have!

Any advice for preparing your home for a cleaning?

The less the team has to pick up the more time they spend cleaning your surfaces! Also, always remember to take a minute to appreciate your clean days. Make it a take out night and enjoy that clean kitchen a little longer.

As of this month, Madeline has been with us for 7 years.  We appreciate her organizational skills and her can-do attitude. She truly supports her team and is always here to help us problem solve.  Madeline lives in Raleigh with her husband, toddler and dog, and we are so glad to have Madeline as our General Manager.
