This is Madeline, Carpe Diem’s General Manager, checking in today with an interview of Daly and Andreina on their 5- and 1-year anniversaries with Carpe Diem!
How did you start at Carpe Diem?
My pastor is friends with Wendy, Carpe Diem’s founder and owner, and he referred me to Carpe Diem.
What do you like about Carpe Diem?
I enjoy being able to make clients happy day by day, assisting them with all their cleaning needs.
Any advice for preparing your home for a cleaning?
Leave areas free of clutter to get the best possible clean! Our ladies will focus on cleaning exposed surfaces, which will keep your home even cleaner.
Daly has been with us for five years now. She’s our fearless branch manager and is known for being dedicated to doing a fantastic job and working hard. We love Daly’s quiet, sweet spirit and the way that she is a rock in the office when things are busy. Originally from Puerto Rico, Daly grew up in Boston and has lived in Durham for the past several years with her three children! Thanks for being a dedicated and helpful manager, Daly!

I love working closely with the girls to make sure our clients enjoy their clean day!
Any advice for preparing your home for a cleaning?
Pick up clutter around your house and use this time to throw away anything you don’t need that’s causing mental clutter for you, too.
As of this month, Andreina has been with us for 1 year. We appreciate her upbeat and motivated spirit and how she works hard to be the liaison between our ladies and our management team. She enjoys dispatching our ladies in the morning and getting them prepared for a great clean day! Andreina lives here in Durham with her husband and son. We have loved having you as a member of our teams for the past year!
