Hey! This is Madeline, Carpe Diem’s General Manager, checking in today to tell you why we transformed unused space into office space!
Our main office is housed in a historic building in East Durham which was transformed from an abandoned warehouse to community office space. Carpe Diem’s owner, Wendy Clark, renovated the John O’Daniel Exchange building in 2009 and opened the Durham Exchange to serve Durham’s entrepreneurial community.
