Hey! This is Madeline, Carpe Diem’s General Manager, letting you know why we display our core values on posters in our headquarters.
So many companies say they have core values but don’t live them out. We hire our employees based on our core values, which are kindness, reliability, having a good attitude and being hard working. We want to remind our ladies who they are when they dispatch each morning and check in each afternoon.
Our core values posters are printed in both English and in Spanish because many of our cleaners are native Spanish-speakers. We strive to create an inclusive culture where clear communication is the top priority.
